Information about Sleep Deprivation and Migraines - new article

Migraines are becoming a common problem among people. If you gather information about sleep deprivation and migraines, you will find a close relationship between the two. Sleep Deprivation is the problem of being unable to get adequate sleep accompanied by frequent arousals at night. There may be several causes associated to this problem. It may be due to a medical problem, unhealthy lifestyle, psychological problems or wrong eating habits. Sleep deprivation could be a long-term or a short-term condition. A short-term sleeping disorder lasts for a few days, where as long-term sleeping disorder continues up to three weeks. Sleeping disorder is the result of insufficient oxygen while breathing.
